Risa is a young printmaker (i.e., woodblock and intaglio) whose prints often feature flowers. Nineteen examples are shown in this gallery. Click on a picture to enlarge it. While Risa draws the shape of her subject accurately she may falsify its colors. In addition, she usually omits other plant parts which makes it a challenge to identify the species depicted. The flower names given here are only guesses.
